Order Processing And Shipment

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Sunday.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service for the delivery times for Kathmandu Valley are as follows:

1. Inside Ring road: 1-2 business days from the date of order.
2. Outside Ring road: 2-4 business days from the date of order.

Shipment Outside Kathmandu Valley

1. Urban Center: 4-7 business days from the date of order.
2. Rest of the country: 10-12 business days from the date of order.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by submitting a written notice before the product is processed for delivery process. Submit written notice via email to customerservice@calibersoes.com with reason for cancellation.
